To obtain warranty service on your product, you must email customer_service@ or contact AI Customer Support immediately at (714)799-6711. You need to provide valid proof of purchase. You may also be required to submit a photo of the failed product. Upon verification that it is an AI product and within the limited warranty period, the customer will be provided with a material return authorization to return the product to an address directed by AI Customer Support. At AI's discretion, sometimes for your convenience, AI may send you a replacement product prior to your return or AI's return of the product. If this occurs, you agree that if AI's inspection of the returned product determines that the product is not subject to a warranty defect, you will pay for a replacement product.
